It’s designed for you to give to your clients when they first present with questions about care and explains in plain English what they need to know about the care system going forward, what they can expect on their care journey and the practical next steps they need to take… look out for it launching in April. Meanwhile, we’ve taken the flow charts from the guide and made them available as stand alone documents that can be used to help clients in England understand some of the processes they may encounter…
With cabinet re-shuffles, trade deal negotiations and comings and goings, things certainly don’t seem to be settling down on the political front – and it doesn’t look like the social care crisis is going anywhere any time soon either.
