July 28 2020 (UPDATE) Coronavirus (COVID-19): impact on HM Land Registry’s services

Land registry services are operating as close to normal as possible during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. Today’s update outlines how transfers of ownership of property, leases, mortgages and other property dealings can be signed and witnessed electronically.
