May 13 2020: (UPDATE) Coronavirus (COVID-19): hospital discharge service requirements

This update contains several new ‘easy read’ documents and also makes reference to the fact that  it is currently being reviewed following the publication of the adult social care action plan on 15 April 2020. As a result we can expect further guidance soon but in the interim please note the following paragraphs in the adult social care action plan for up-to-date guidance on: testing: paragraphs 1.30 and 1.32, end of life care: paragraph 3.13
